Wellnov Supplements LLC recalled its Liposomal D3-5000IU Spray due to manufacturing process deviations that could allow bacterial contamination, including potential botulism-causing bacteria. The affected product is a 30 ml aluminum bottle spray (lot DS1024, expiration 10/2026) distributed nationwide between October 2024 and April 2026.

  • Check if you own Wellnov Liposomal D3-5000IU Spray, lot DS1024.
  • Stop using the product immediately if you have it.
  • Return it to where you purchased it or contact Wellnov for a refund.
  • Contact your doctor if you have used this product and have symptoms like muscle weakness, difficulty swallowing, or facial weakness.
