Wellnov Supplements' FulviLife Complex liquid supplement failed to meet manufacturing safety standards, which could allow harmful bacteria including botulism to grow in the product. The affected bottles were distributed nationwide and to Puerto Rico between October 2024 and April 2026.

  • Check if you have FulviLife Complex lot FL1024 with expiry date 10/2026.
  • Do not use the product if you have it.
  • Contact Wellnov Supplements or your retailer for instructions on return or disposal.
