Wellnov Supplements LLC is recalling Liposomal Collagen Booster liquid supplement due to manufacturing process deviations that could allow bacterial contamination, including the risk of C. botulinum. The product was distributed nationwide and in Puerto Rico between June 2025 and April 2026.
- Check if you have lot number CB0625 (expiring 06/2027) of Wellnov Liposomal Collagen Booster.
- Stop using the product immediately if you have this lot.
- Contact Wellnov Supplements LLC or your retailer for instructions on returning or disposing of the product.
- Seek medical attention if you experience symptoms of botulism, such as muscle weakness, difficulty swallowing, or respiratory distress.
