Wellnov D3+B12 Spray recalled for bacterial contamination risk
Wellnov Supplements LLC is recalling Liposomal D3+B12 Spray due to manufacturing process deviations that could allow bacterial pathogens, including C. botulinum, to contaminate the product. The affected spray (lot DB1024, expiration 10/2026) was distributed nationwide and in Puerto Rico between October 2024 and April 2026.
- Check your D3+B12 spray bottle for lot number DB1024 and expiration date 10/2026.
- Stop using the product if you have it.
- Return it to the retailer where you purchased it, or contact Wellnov Supplements LLC for return instructions.
- Seek medical attention if you have consumed this product and experience symptoms such as difficulty swallowing, muscle weakness, or difficulty breathing.

Deviations from current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) that could lead to bacterial pathogen and possible C. Botulinum concerns.
