Wellnov Liposomal B12 Spray was manufactured with deviations from safety standards that could allow bacterial pathogens, including botulism-causing bacteria, to contaminate the product. The affected bottles were distributed nationwide and to Puerto Rico between October 2024 and April 2026.
- Check if you have Wellnov Liposomal B12 Spray lot MB1024 (expiry 10/2026).
- Stop using the product and do not consume it.
- Contact Wellnov Supplements LLC or your retailer for instructions on return or disposal.
