Wellnov Kids multivitamin drops recalled for bacterial contamination risk
Wellnov Supplements LLC is recalling Liposomal Kids Liquid Multivitamin Drops due to manufacturing defects that could allow harmful bacteria, including C. botulinum, to contaminate the product. The affected bottles were distributed nationwide and in Puerto Rico between June 2025 and April 2026.
- Check if you have lot number KM0625 with expiry date 06/2027 (90 ml aluminum bottles).
- Stop giving this product to children immediately.
- Contact Wellnov Supplements LLC or your healthcare provider if your child has consumed this product and shows signs of illness such as difficulty feeding, weakness, or constipation.

Deviations from current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) that could lead to bacterial pathogen and possible C. Botulinum concerns.
