Wellnov Supplements LLC's Liposomal Sleep Spray was manufactured without proper safety controls, creating the potential for bacterial contamination and botulism. The affected product was distributed nationwide and in Puerto Rico between October 2025 and April 2026.
- Check if you have Lot SL0925 (expiration 09/2027) of Wellnov Liposomal Sleep Spray in the 30 ml aluminum bottle.
- Do not use the product if you have this lot number.
- Discard it or return it to the retailer where it was purchased.
