Light Boy America is recalling certain 2020 and 2023 GBX12SK light towers because the trailer frame can bend at the tow bar, causing the light tower to detach while being towed. A detached light tower can become a hazard to other vehicles on the road.

The furnace exhaust in certain 2027 Forest River Vibe recreational trailers may not be correctly attached to the outside flue. This can allow carbon monoxide to build up inside the trailer cabin, creating a risk of poisoning.

Certain 2021–2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Grand Cherokee L, and Grand Cherokee 4XE models may have rear coil springs that were incorrectly installed. These springs can detach while the vehicle is driving, which increases the risk of losing control and crashing.

A cracked brake pedal position sensor can cause the electronic stability control system to stop working in certain 2025–2026 Chrysler Voyager, Chrysler Pacifica, and 2026 Voyager Plug-In Hybrid vehicles. Without stability control, the risk of losing vehicle control and crashing increases.

A software error in the radio may prevent the rearview camera image from displaying on certain 2025–2026 Ram 1500 trucks. Without a visible rearview image, drivers have reduced visibility behind the vehicle, which increases crash risk.

A software error in the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) may prevent the warning light from alerting drivers to low tire pressure. This affects certain 2024–2026 Jeep Wagoneer, Grand Cherokee, Grand Cherokee L, Grand Cherokee 4XE, Grand Wagoneer, and Cherokee models. Without this warning, drivers may not notice dangerously low tire pressure, increasing crash risk.

Certain 2026 Tesla Model Y vehicles have front suspension lateral link fasteners that may not have been properly tightened. If a lateral link loosens or separates, it can shift wheel alignment and cause loss of vehicle control, increasing crash risk.

Certain 2026–2027 Tiffin Wayfarer motorhomes may have propane tanks that are loose in their mounting brackets and lack a remote shut-off valve. A loose tank could detach while driving and become a road hazard, and a tank without a shut-off valve increases fire risk.

Certain 2025–2027 Blue Bird Vision school buses have a wheelchair lift that may continue moving even when the operator tries to stop it. This happens because an electrical part can fail, leaving the lift unresponsive to controls. A moving lift with a passenger on it creates a risk of injury.

Certain 2027 Entegra Qwest and Jayco Melbourne Prestige RVs have a taillight harness with an incorrect resistor. This may cause a false warning light to appear on the dashboard even when the taillights are working properly, which could confuse the driver or mask real safety problems.

Certain 2026–2027 Jayco and Entegra recreational vehicles have an incorrect tire size printed on the vehicle certification label. Installing the wrong sized tires based on this label could increase the risk of a crash.

Certain 2025–2026 Magic Tilt aluminum boat trailers have a weld defect between the winch and base plate that may cause the winch to separate during use. A detached winch could injure people nearby.

Certain 2027 Jayco Heartland Bighorn recreational trailers have an incorrect Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) printed on the certification label. Using the wrong weight limit could lead to overloading the trailer, which increases the risk of a crash.

Water can leak into the strobe lights on certain 2021–2023 Altec service body vehicles, causing an electrical short circuit. This short circuit can increase the risk of fire.

Certain 2026 Ford Maverick, F-150, and Bronco Sport vehicles have improperly tightened joints that may come loose. This can cause parts to detach, electrical failures, loss of vehicle control, or fire.

Certain 2025–2026 Mitsubishi Outlander and 2026 Outlander PHEV vehicles have a software error that prevents the rearview camera image from displaying when the vehicle is in reverse. Without the camera view, drivers have reduced visibility behind the vehicle, which increases crash risk.

Certain 2026 Ford Explorer, Bronco, Bronco Sport, Mustang, and Ranger vehicles have engine pistons that may have been manufactured incorrectly. This defect can cause the pistons to fail, resulting in a sudden loss of engine power while driving, which increases the risk of a crash.

Certain 2024–2026 Ford Mustang vehicles have wiring harness ground connections in the engine compartment that may fracture. This can cause loss of engine power, headlights, windshield washers, air conditioning, or cooling fan function. Loss of power or headlights increases crash risk.

Certain 2027 Thomas Built SAF-T-LINER HDX2 and EFX2school buses may have missing connector plates on the driver's seat belt anchor and interior body joints. These missing parts reduce structural strength and could prevent the seat belt from properly restraining the driver in a crash.

Certain 2025–2026 Kia EV9 vehicles have a wiring problem in the Occupant Detection System that may prevent the front passenger air bag from turning off when a child or child seat is present. If the air bag deploys in a crash, a child in the front seat could be seriously injured.

Certain 2027 Peterbilt 567, 579, and 589 trucks and Kenworth T680, T880, and W990 trucks may have a seat ventilation harness missing heat-shrink insulation. This can cause an electrical short circuit that increases the risk of fire.

Cornell Pump Company is recalling certain 2025 Enclosed Pump Trailers and Utility Pump Trailers because the trailer tongue may crack over time. A cracked tongue can cause the trailer to become unstable while towing, increasing the risk of a crash.

Certain 2024–2025 T.A. Pelsue trailers have an axle mounting bracket that may not align properly with the frame, causing it to crack and fail. A failed bracket can result in loss of control and increase crash risk.

Altec Industries is recalling certain 2019–2026 AN Series, 2023 AA Series, 2022–2026 Digger Derrick, and 2025 AM Series vehicles. The Bendix automatic braking system was not recalibrated after the front radar box was relocated, which can cause a delayed braking response and increase crash risk.

The liftgate deck pins on certain 2025 Ford F-650 SD vehicles may break, causing the liftgate platform to fall unexpectedly. This can result in injury to people nearby.

Certain 2022–2026 Lucid Air vehicles have an exterior lighting circuit that may overheat due to insufficient protection against electrical overload. An overheated circuit can cause a fire. The circuit may also fail, causing loss of the center brake light or front lights, which reduces visibility and increases crash risk.

The rearview camera screen in certain 2024–2025 Buick Envista and Encore GX, Chevrolet Trailblazer, and 2025 Chevrolet Trax vehicles may display a distorted or blank image. A camera that does not work properly reduces your ability to see behind the vehicle, increasing crash risk.

Certain 2026 Rossmonster Skye, Baja, and Havn motorcoaches equipped with MaxxAir N-Series rooftop ventilation fans may develop a faulty printed circuit board that overheats during operation. An overheated circuit board can increase the risk of fire.

Certain 2025–2026 E-One Cyclone and Typhoon fire trucks may have a hydraulic valve that fails, preventing the outriggers from extending or retracting. Outriggers stabilize the truck during emergency operations; if they cannot move, response time and crew safety may be compromised.

Certain 2016–2026 Heil front loader garbage trucks with replacement CNG tailgate ladder kits may have an incorrect bolt installed in one ladder leg. This bolt can contact and damage the CNG cylinders, which may leak fuel and increase fire risk.
