Medline EBSI Kit recalled for defective adhesive tubing
Medline EBSI Kits (model EBSI1534) contain a recalled batch of Ferndale Laboratories MASTISOL Liquid Adhesive. The tubing in these kits may crack during use, making the product unusable. No injuries have been reported.
- Check if you have Medline EBSI Kit EBSI1534 with lot number 2025110490.
- Do not use the kit if the tubing appears cracked or damaged.
- Contact Medline Industries for instructions on a replacement or refund.

Kits contain recalled lot of Ferndale Laboratories MASTISOL Liquid Adhesive. Butyrate tubing may crack during actuation and render product unusable for application.
