Medline convenience kits contain a recalled lot of MASTISOL Liquid Adhesive from Ferndale Laboratories. The tubing in the adhesive may crack when used, making the product unusable.
- Check if you have Medline C-section kit DYNJ904305J (lot 25KBT972) or DYNJ69533C (lot 26BBC483).
- Do not use kits with these lot numbers.
- Contact Medline or your healthcare facility for a replacement or instructions.
Hazard
Kits contain recalled lot of Ferndale Laboratories MASTISOL Liquid Adhesive. Butyrate tubing may crack during actuation and render product unusable for application.
