Medline Industries distributed multiple surgical convenience kits containing a recalled lot of Mastisol Liquid Adhesive from Ferndale Laboratories. The adhesive tubing may crack when used, making the product unusable during procedures.
- Check if you have any Medline surgical convenience kit listed in the recall.
- Do not use affected kits in procedures.

Hazard
Kits contain recalled lot of Ferndale Laboratories MASTISOL Liquid Adhesive. Butyrate tubing may crack during actuation and render product unusable for application.
