Medline delivery kit recalled for cracked adhesive tubing
Medline convenience kits used in labor and delivery and C-section procedures contain a recalled lot of MASTISOL Liquid Adhesive from Ferndale Laboratories. The tubing in these adhesive bottles may crack when used, making the product unable to be applied properly.
- Check your Medline convenience kit lot number 25KBL873 (UDI-DI 10198459366390)
- Do not use the adhesive if the tubing is cracked or appears damaged
- Contact Medline or your supplier for a replacement kit
Hazard
Kits contain recalled lot of Ferndale Laboratories MASTISOL Liquid Adhesive. Butyrate tubing may crack during actuation and render product unusable for application.
