The LED board inside Metalux Optimized High Bay light fixtures can overheat or contact the lens and nearby combustible materials, creating a fire hazard. The company has received nine reports of these fixtures catching fire. About 42,000 fixtures sold since April 2020 are affected.

The clear plastic dome on this toy can detach from the base, exposing small plastic balls inside that children can choke on. Target has received nine reports of the dome detaching, including one incident where a child began to choke.

AMASKY nursing pillows sold on Amazon can obstruct an infant's breathing during feeding or tummy time. The pillows do not meet federal safety standards for nursing pillows and infant support cushions. About 4,000 pillows are affected.

The lithium-ion battery in certain Rowenta X-Force Flex cordless vacuum cleaners can overheat and ignite, creating a risk of fire and burn injuries. The recall affects two models sold between July 2023 and January 2026.

Small Fish Montessori Busy Board toys (model 2512JX02) contain magnets that can detach and be swallowed by children. When multiple magnets are ingested, they can attract each other inside the digestive system, causing serious injury or death from intestinal perforation, blockage, or infection.

These light-up sneakers contain coin batteries that children can easily access and swallow. Ingesting these batteries can cause serious internal burns and other life-threatening injuries. The sneakers lack required safety warnings and do not meet federal battery safety standards.

MedPride Baby Oil bottles do not have child-resistant caps as required by law. Young children can open the bottle and swallow the oil, which contains petroleum distillates that can cause serious poisoning, chemical pneumonia, and potentially fatal lung damage.

The Lomi Roll-On Waxing Kit (models LOMB2003PK and LOMB2004PK) does not meet safety standards for flammability and presents a risk of burns or fire. These handheld wax warmers were sold online through Amazon from October 2020 through January 2026. About 14,700 units are affected.

The lithium-ion battery in the Super Off-Road 12,000 mAh Solar Wireless Power Bank can swell and overheat, creating a burn hazard. The company has received two reports of battery swelling. About 7,400 units were distributed as promotional items between January 2019 and December 2023.

Yamazuki's Sunderwell brand youth ATVs (model XW-A17) sold online lack brake lights, making them harder for other vehicles to see. This visibility gap increases the risk of crashes and serious injury. About 200 units were sold between October and December 2025.

CooCooBaby Classic and Deluxe Baby Loungers have design flaws that create unsafe sleeping conditions for infants. The sides are too short to keep a baby secure, the sleeping pad is too thick and can cause suffocation, and babies can fall out or get trapped at the foot opening.

Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapters can fail to attach properly to Joolz Aer2 strollers, allowing the car seat to fall. The company has received one report of the adapters detaching. No injuries have been reported so far.

SHEIN Distribution Corporation is recalling Michley-branded children's pajamas sold online because they don't meet mandatory flammability standards for sleepwear. The recalled one-piece pajamas came in green, pink, yellow, and purple with animal patches, in sizes 80–130. They pose a risk of serious burn injuries.

Bada Boom Fireworks is recalling Pyro Diablo "Diablo Rising" 9-shot fireworks (model PD-C5001) sold at their Pennsylvania locations. The fireworks contain too much explosive material and violate federal safety limits for aerial devices, creating a serious risk of unexpected explosions and severe burns.

Arizer Solo III portable vaporizers with certain serial numbers contain a defective lithium-ion battery that can overheat, explode, or ignite, posing a serious fire and burn risk. The company has received four reports of batteries exploding or catching fire. About 5,000 units sold between May 2025 and January 2026 are affected.

Veseacky children's pajama sets sold on Amazon do not meet mandatory federal safety standards for sleepwear and pose a risk of serious burns to children. The sets consist of a long-sleeve button-up top and matching pants, sold in various colors and prints from October 2020 through January 2026.

Arrogantf white spa and hot tub drain covers do not meet federal safety standards for entrapment protection. They pose a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and drowning, particularly to children. About 340 units were sold online through Amazon between September 2025 and March 2026.

GOPO Toys pull string teething toys have silicone strings that are longer and thinner than safety standards allow. The strings can reach the back of a child's throat and become lodged, causing choking or respiratory distress. The company has received three reports of strings reaching children's throats.
