MNIENT brand adult portable bed rails (model LQX-110055) do not meet safety standards and can trap users between the rail and mattress, posing a serious risk of injury or death by asphyxiation. The rails also have stability problems and incorrectly sized pins that can cause cuts.

Decorative pearls on Target's Cat & Jack children's sandals can fall off and pose a choking risk to young children. The tan sandals with raffia straps and gold buckles were sold in sizes 5T through 12T from January through May 2026. Target has received 23 reports of pearls falling off, though no injuries have been reported yet.

SDADI wooden kitchen step stools can collapse or tip over during use. Children's bodies can also fit through openings on the front and back, creating a risk of entrapment. The company has received reports of eight tip-overs, including four injuries.

The lighters have a side ignition trigger and hands-free operation lock, and come in gray/brown, gold/black, and camouflage print. Approximately 13,200 units were sold online from April 2021 through September 2025.

Madewell Double V-Neck Pullover and V-Neck Cardigan sweaters violate federal flammability standards for clothing textiles, posing a risk of burn injury. One sweater has been reported to catch fire, though no injuries have occurred so far.

Small metal wire bristles can detach from Cuisinart grill brushes during use and stick to food or the grill. If swallowed, these bristles can cause serious internal injuries requiring surgery. Conair has received 54 reports of detached bristles, including 3 cases where consumers needed medical treatment to remove bristles from their throat or digestive tract.

Junpower CR2032 lithium coin batteries sold on Amazon lack the child-resistant packaging and warning labels required by federal law. If swallowed, these batteries can cause serious internal injuries or death. About 67,000 units were sold between December 2023 and September 2024.
