BABESIDE toy sets sold on Amazon contain small parts that pose a choking risk to children under 3: a pacifier and a plush bear with detachable eyes. These pieces are not safe for young children and violate federal small parts rules.

Nara Organics is recalling all lots of its powdered infant formula due to potential contamination with Clostridium botulinum, a bacteria that can cause infant botulism. Three infants who consumed the formula were hospitalized with botulism in California, Washington, and Pennsylvania, though none died. The formula was sold at Target and Nara.com between July 2025 and June 2026.

Kidisle single-serve coffeemakers can become clogged, causing hot liquid or steam to build up and spray out unexpectedly during use. The CPSC has received at least 107 reports of this happening, with 27 injuries including first and second-degree burns requiring medical care.

The Black Sheep Fam Kids' Unisex Jogger Pajama Sets and Girls' Sleepshirts do not meet federal flammability safety standards for children's sleepwear. These pajamas can catch fire more easily than safe sleepwear, risking serious burn injuries to children.

Hasuit 7-Drawer Dressers can tip over and trap children if not anchored to the wall. These wood dressers (27.6" W × 44.5" H) violate federal safety standards for furniture stability. About 3,000 units were sold online through Amazon from September 2023 to May 2026.

Timechee changing table dressers can tip over if not anchored to the wall, posing a serious injury or death risk to children. The dressers also fail to meet federal safety standards for clothing storage furniture. About 10,354 units were sold online through Amazon.

School Specialty included plastic tip restraint kits with Childcraft furniture to anchor it to walls. The plastic brackets and straps can break or degrade over time, which could cause furniture to tip over. No injuries have been reported, but a broken restraint could create a serious fall hazard, especially for children.

LiKee Pull String teething toys have silicone strings that are longer and smaller than safety standards allow. The strings can reach the back of a child's throat and become lodged, causing choking or difficulty breathing. The company has received ten reports of children experiencing respiratory distress or choking from these toys.

Joyin's Sloosh dive sticks (model 40041) are too hard and can cause serious piercing injuries if children fall or land on them in shallow water. Facial and eye injuries are also possible when retrieving sticks underwater. These sticks violate federal safety standards for dive toys.

Clover Hill Dairy is recalling all soft ricotta and requeson cheese produced between May 4 and May 30, 2026, because it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Eight cases of Listeria infection have been linked to the recalled cheese. Listeria can cause serious infections, especially in young children, pregnant women, elderly people, and those with weakened immune systems.

Nelson & Isa Lacteos is recalling 1-pound packages of Requeson Cheese sold in New York from May 15–28, 2026, because they may contain Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. The contamination was discovered during state testing of a bulk container that was repackaged into the recalled 1-pound containers. No illnesses have been reported so far.

Target is recalling Up & Up Fragrance Free and Fresh Cucumber Scented Baby Wipes after FDA testing found harmful bacteria (Burkholderia cepacia complex and Burkholderia gladioli) in product samples. Some customers also reported discoloration. These bacteria can cause serious infections, especially in newborns and infants with developing immune systems.

The hard plastic outer shell on these bottles can bubble or peel, creating loose pieces of film-like plastic that a baby could choke on. The manufacturer has received 135 reports of this issue, though no injuries have been reported yet.

Synear Foods USA recalled approximately 71,600 pounds of frozen pork and crab soup dumplings because the products contain peanut oil but peanuts are not listed on the label. The affected products were made between October 2025 and February 2026 and were sold in California, New Jersey, and Washington. A formulation change caused the mislabeling.

Mainstays 9-drawer fabric dressers sold at Walmart can tip over if not anchored to the wall, creating a risk of serious injury or death to children. The dressers do not meet federal safety standards for clothing storage units. About 165,000 units are affected.

These glowing fidget spinner balls come with a mini flashlight that contains two small button cell batteries. The batteries are easy for children to remove and swallow. Swallowed button batteries can cause serious internal injuries and death.

Daoen Inc. is recalling Zen-branded magnetic ball fidget toys because the high-powered magnets inside can be swallowed by children. When multiple magnets are ingested, they can attract each other and become stuck in the digestive system, potentially causing serious internal injuries or death.

These small disc magnets are too powerful and too small, violating federal safety rules. If swallowed, multiple magnets can attract each other inside the stomach and intestines, causing perforations, blockages, and serious internal injury or death.

Wellnov Supplements LLC is recalling Liposomal Kids Liquid Multivitamin Drops due to manufacturing defects that could allow harmful bacteria, including C. botulinum, to contaminate the product. The affected bottles were distributed nationwide and in Puerto Rico between June 2025 and April 2026.

Beef kofta served at The Kebab Shop restaurant locations in California, Texas, and Florida may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7, a harmful bacterium. The contaminated product was produced on January 6, 2026, and supplied to restaurant locations. The company stopped selling beef kofta at all locations on May 18, 2026.

SKS Copack recalled various specialty beverage products sold under the brands Angel Specialty Products, Royal Gold, Boba Time, Fanale, and Denda because they may be contaminated with Salmonella. The contamination traced back to a supplier's tainted ingredient—low heat nonfat dry milk powder. No illnesses have been reported so far.

Some DJO IceMan CLASSIC3 cold therapy units (model 11-9099, lot 110525) have a broken connector that may temporarily interrupt cold therapy during treatment. No injuries have been reported. The issue affects about 96 units distributed across the US and Canada.
