The bear contains a removable heart pouch filled with ceramic beads. One report of the zipper detaching has been received, though no injuries have occurred in the United States.

Bayer is recalling small 6 mL travel-size bottles of Afrin Original Nasal Spray because the packaging does not prevent children from opening it or warn that the contents are poisonous if swallowed. The nasal spray contains an ingredient that must have child-resistant packaging by law. If a young child opens and swallows the contents, it could cause serious injury or illness.

More than 115 cases of plates dislodging have been reported, resulting in at least six injuries including broken toes and cuts. The recall affects model 8361 dumbbells (5–52.5 lbs) sold at Walmart from January through November 2024.
